Electronic Weighing Systems
Ultra is the first company in Turkey to install electronic weighing systems. These systems are used especially while weighing high-tonnage trucks. Electronic equipment and load cell technology was brought to Turkey by ULTRA. ULTRA is proud of having references by Turkish State Highways, Ministry of Forestry and many public and private sector institutions. WEIGH - in – MOTION SYSTEMS : The most significant feature of this system is dynamic weighing, that is, without being stopped. Vehicles travelling within the required speed limits are weighed while passing over weigh sensors and total weight and axle weight measured are compared with the parameters overloaded trucks and trucks with unbalanced load distribution are directed to precise weighing spot. After the weighing, the necessary procedure is applied. This system keeps all information registered in memory and this information can be transferred to a center.
PORTABLE AXLE SCALES : Portable Axle Scales are very feasible when load has to be checked at any road and factory exits. As this system is completely portable, it can be set by one person in 5 minutes. It runs on battery and does not require any additional energy. With high accuracy, portable axle scales weigh total weight and axle weight, calculate net weight and give print – out.
TRUCK WEIGHBRIDGES : Load cells are used in weighbridges to control truck-load and the distribution of the load. These systems are manufactured by imported material. |
